Our Founder (HerStory)
BEYOUTFULL Butterfly, Lakiesha Barkers, Kingdom Lifestyle Advocate, BEYOUT Strategist, Legacy LeadHERship DevelopHER, & Empire BuildHER has been trusted with the great task of globally calling out of the shadows BEYOUTFULL Butterflies all around the world that are future leaders and world changers but hidden to walk in and own their truth.
She has been chosen with such a mighty task because God burdened her to break the cycle of sleeping giants hiding in plain sight! She too, was a sleeping giant, hiding in plain sight.
Lakiesha is a natural born leader who eagerly exposes the leader in everyone she encounters. She has been an integral asset to the lives of many.
All of her life, she attempted to hide in plain sight but never succeed in that pursuit. Her light shines effortlessly in every room she steps foot in and through every person she embraces.
After years of fighting, she finally recognized that she was called to people to shift perspectives, expose light to darkness, and speak life to death. She had to learn to acknowledge, accept, and be accountable for her own BEYOUT within and to stop running from what God placed inside. She vowed that she would always be the one to sow into others what she needed to be sown into her.
I AM BEYOUTFULL was birthed in her heart when she was in Elementary School transitioning to middle school. She was in need of affirmation, mentorship, and guidance outside of her home. She promised herself to be what she needed when she grew up and has successfully kept that promise to God.
Lakiesha struggled to see herself in her peers and the adults that she was exposed to so she went about figuring life out on her own terms. She felt like she failed God, her family, and her community but then she quickly learned that if God calls you for His intended purpose that no matter what mask you wear, where you travel along your journey, good or bad, right or wrong, who He created you to be will never change.

Our Mission
Our mission is that each BEYOUTFULL Butterfly is in love with the God ordained, authentic version of themselves and chooses to embrace each little piece to their puzzle. God uses it all! They will know that on their life journey; the good, bad, and ugly will all be used to evolve as a leader, develop their character, and produce the tenacity to endure. We introduce to some and re-establish to others the true BEYOUT(beauty) within.
Our Commitment
- To nurture the diversity and individuality in each BEYOUTFULL Butterfly.
- To teach biblical principals while practically being a place of safety and clarity.
- To expose that the God ordained version of them is awaiting their arrival.
- To teach by example that vulnerability, authenticity and transparency are superpowers and that they never have to suffer in silence.
- To teach that survival mode is not their safe place nor is it the vehicle to their destiny.
- To teach that there is liberty in living and freedom is their portion.
- To create unforgettable memories that will be the foundational breeding ground for an impactful life.
